Voicemail Messages
Voicemail is enabled by default on all phones. Messages will be stored indefinitely and can be accessed from your phone.
Voicemail messages can also be delivered via email. Please raise a ticket with Network Services if you would like this enabled or disabled.
Listening to your voicemail
Step 1 - Press the message button on your phone.
Step 2 - Enter your access code. If you do not know your access code or would like it changed please raise a ticket with IT Services.
Step 3 - If you have any messages it will start playing them right away. After each message it will give you a list of options to either delete or keep the message.
The red light on the top of the phone will be lit if you have unread voicemail messages
