Night Light

Night Light is a great tool for reducing the blue light emitted by your monitors.  I can help with headaches and eye fatigue as well as reducing blue light in the evenings which can disrupt your bodies natural sleep cycle.  You can turn it of and on, adjust the intensity and schedule it to come on and off automatically.

Step 1 - Click on the notification drawer in the bottom right of your main screen

Step 2 - Right Click on the Night Light icon to access the settings, or left click to turn it off and on

Step 3 - Click on Night Light Settings

Step 4 - Adjust the settings as needed.  You can change the strength of the effect as well as set a schedule for either sunset to sunrise or set hours.
