Firefly / ISAMS Access (Parents)

Parents are given access to both the ISAMS and Firefly portals.

Firefly is the primary portal, where parents can access their daughter's timetable, prep and reports, behaviour and attendance logs, as well as useful resources and information about life at Badminton.

The ISAMS portal is where parents can access invoices and external exam results (if their daughter chooses to share them).

Parents and Guardians (with permission) should be sent the appropriate portal template email via ISAMS once their daughter/charge has been made current.  The template includes instructions and registration codes.

To register on Firefly, parents should follow the following instructions.

1. Click this link Firefly Parent Portal and activate your account using the email address you have given to the School for correspondence.

If a parent has trouble accessing the link or setting their accounts up, you can do it for them by following the link and entering their email address.  They will be sent a confirmation email with instructions on how to access their account.

To register on iSAMS 

1. Navigate to https://isams.badmintonschool.co.uk/auth/parentportalregistration/register using any modern web browser such as Chrome, Internet Explorer & Safari.
2. Enter your Registration Number and Registration Password, these are unique to you and your family and should not be shared with anyone:
   

   Registration Number: xxxx  (included in template email)
   Registration Password: xxxx
   

3. Fill out the rest of the form by entering your email address, a password of your choice and your Forename and Surname.
   
4. Click Create Account.
   
5. You will shortly receive an email from the Portal with further instructions on how to confirm your email address. Follow the instructions in that email to complete the registration process and begin using the new portal.
