Uploading Files to Firefly from Teams or OneDrive

Uploading files to firefly when they are stored on Teams or OneDrive is not an obvious process.  As both are effectively Cloud storage, there is no direct link to transfer from one to the other.  This means you need to download the file temporarily onto your local computer so that you can then upload it again.

Manually downloading from Teams/OneDrive and then re-uploading can be a pain and very time consuming.  The best method is to setup your computer to synchronise OneDrive and important Teams to your local computer for you.  This will automate the process of downloading and uploading from Microsoft and leave you to concentrate on uploading straight to firefly.

The video below walks you through the concept and there are links at the side of this page which show you how to setup syncing teams and one drive in more detail.
