Add applicants to an Admissions event
Add applicants signed up via the Open Event website form:
Step 1: Admissions module/Applicants/Query Builder tab
Data field: Open Day (scroll down to custom fields)
Query type: Equals
Query: Select date from list
Execute Search

Follow instructions from Step 2 below.
Add applicants from Admissions / Applicants
Step 1: Find your applicant/bring up a list in your usual way. Select names using the left-hand check boxes, or select all at the top.
Step 2: Use the pink drop-down to either "add to new event" or "add to previous event". A previous event is one that already exists on iSAMS.
"Previous" Event
Find your visit on the list, select and click through.
Step 3: Amend the details of the event if necessary.
If you tick "mark all attended", any applicants linked to the visit are automatically linked as attending - this way ensures attendees are included in visit statistics. You can go back to edit the attendee list following the event via the visit, or the applicant's profile.
Step 4
If any contacts are listed when you get to this screen, it's because the applicant has multiple contacts. You don't need to add extra contacts, the primary ones will already be included.
Click "Next Step"
The list of contacts and associated applicants will be listed
Click "Next Step" - and "Finish"
