There are several ways of accessing the information stored within the SEN register.

Teaching staff can access information via Registration, Reports Entry and Pupil Manager.

Registration

Bring up a registration list as usual.  Information about a student can be accessed via the SEN star.

Pupil Manager

Bring up a pupil list via Basic search (form, year group etc) or Academic search (teaching set or all students linked to a teacher).

Click on the SEN star to access information

Reports Entry

Open your report set list.  Click on the SEN star to access information
