Address Labels

iSAMS has a set of built in reports that should be able to generate address labels in the correct format with a little trial and error

Step 1 - Open the Pupil Manager Module

Step 2 - Choose Current Pupils, Applicants or Former Pupils at the top of the page

Step 3 - Use the search options to filter the pupils you need. 

In the screen shot below we are using the School information area in Former Pupils and searching for all pupils who left year 13 in Summer 2020

Step 4 - Tick the box at the top of the list of pupils to select them all.  Make sure the drop down just above shows "P/S All" otherwise it will only print labels for the current page of pupils.

Step 5 - Click on Selected Pupils in the top right

Step 6 - Choose Address Label Creation

Step 7 - Tick the boxes for the data you want to appear on the labels

Step 8 - Under address type selection tick "Send to Home" to automatically use the pupils home address

Step 9 - Under family preferences choose if you want to Sent to all children or just one per family

Step 10 - Choose the correct label template for the type of labels you wish to print onto

Step 11 - Click Create Labels

Step 12 - Download the word document and you can then check it and print.
