Information collected from parents and guardians re pupils' food allergies, intolerances, other requirements and preferences (Halal, vegetarian etc) is stored on the food allergies and diet register (Pupil Registers module). Data on the register informs reports for trips and catering, and can also be viewed and exported by staff when required.

There are various search options you can use to filter pupils.
.
Pupil Status - use this to change from current pupils, to work with applicants or former pupils.

School Structure - filter by year group/s, form, house

Pastoral - by tutor

Academic - by department/subject/set

Custom Groups - groups created in Pupil Manager/Admissions

Register-specific filters - Food Requirements (for example, pupils with an Epi pen for food allergies)

On Register - the pupil has food preferences or allergies listed

Off Register - the parents/guardian have confirmed no food preferences or allergies

Unassociated - the parents/guardian have not confirmed status..

If you click on one of these options, you will see the pupils belonging to its list.

N.B. if you click Un-associated and then On Register, you will see both. Make sure you have de-selected any others if you only want to view one option.

In the example below, the register has been filtered for Y7 "on register" pupils.  You can see at a glance whether they have a food allergy or intolerance, EpiPen, cultural requirements or are vegan/vegetarian.  For more information, click on a name.
