Finding the Statutory Reg Periods

Twice a day there are two highly important Statutory registration periods that must be filled out for every pupil and if not completed on time, it will trigger the missing girl procedures to make sure every girl is accounted for.  This is highly important for safeguarding and our UKVI sponsor status.

Sometimes you need to take these registers outside the times that iSAMS thinks they are, or you need to take someone else's register.  This guide will show you how.

Step 1 - Click on Take a Registration in the iSAMS Wizard bar

Step 2 - If the register has opened to the wrong register then click on the Options at the top and then click on Show Filters

Step 3 - Click on Select Registration time and choose Reg or P7 for either the morning or afternoon statutory registers

Step 4 - Choose the correct Form or Set that you need to register from the lists. 

The year option is not used and will not show you any pupils except for sixth form girls with study periods.

Step 5 - You should now see the register ready to take as normal.  If you make a mistake, repeat steps 2 - 4 again.
