Publishing Reports

It is strongly advised that before you publish reports to parents, you have first manually checked the reports using the Bulk Printing options.  Once you are happy continue with this guide.

Step 1 - Open the Reports Printing module in iSAMS

Step 2 - Click on Portal Publishing

Step 3 - Click on Run a Routine to view the window below

Step 4 - Select the correct Report Cycle

Step 5 - Select the correct Routine:

• Standard Report V2 for Senior School Reports
• Junior School - Standard v1 for most JS reports
• Junior school - Summer Assessment for the special one off report in the summer with grades. (Use carefully)

Step 6 - Select both portals.

Step 7 - Click Run when ready to publish to the portals.  

After the reports have been run you can instantly view them on the Pupil or Parents portals on iSAMS. 

New reports will not show up on Firefly until the overnight routine has been run and the report cycle has been manually published on firefly.  See this guide for how to do so
