Viewing pupil information in reports entry

  • Pupil Register (SEN, EAL, G&T) data can be viewed from your set list in Reports Entry.   Click on the icon next to a pupil's name to view information about them.
  • A pupil's previous reports for your subject, boarding house etc, can be viewed via the yellow bubble.


  • You can preview individual pupils' reports via the magnifying glass icon.
  • Preview all reports via the print preview.

Options Panel

If you would like to remind yourself of what a pupil looks like whilst writing, toggle the options panel (highlighted yellow below).  You can also access previous reports this way.  To increase the size of the report text, click the font button (highlighted green).
