Add Teams Functionality to an Existing Meeting

If you have already arranged a meeting via Outlook, you can use the steps below to quickly upgrade it to a Teams meeting without having to duplicate or re-invite people

Step 1 - Find the meeting in your Outlook calendar and open it 

Step 2 - Click on the Teams Meeting icon in the taskbar at the top

Step 3 - Click on Send Update to update the meeting for everyone already invited
