Hold a meeting or live lesson on Teams

Step 1 - Open the app/program and make sure you are logged in. Anyone else taking part in the call should do the same.

Step 2 - Go to the Calendar section and then in the top right click on Meet Now or New Meeting if you want to schedule the call for a later time and invite people.

Step 3 - Give the meeting/call a name and click join now, you can also change your audio and webcam settings at this point

Step 4 - Once connected it will prompt you to invite people, simply start typing there names to search the School contacts for any pupil or staff member.

Step 5 - Click the red hang up button when you are done.
