Make a video call with Teams

To make a video call

Step 1 - At the very top of teams, in the search bar type in the name of the person you wish to call, then click on their name.

Step 2 - Click on the video or phone button to start a video or audio call.  You can also chat with them in real time to troubleshoot or make sure they are ready for your call.

You can also click on the Chat icon to see your recent contacts and messages.

During the Call

Use the status bar to perform the following actions

• Mute your webcam
• Mute your microphone
• Share something on your computer screen
• Additional Settings
• Open a chat window
• Invite more people
• Hang up
