Mark Books
Base mark books can be found in Tracking in the folder named Mark Books. They can be manipulated and used in the Tracking module, or exported to Excel.
Pupil data automatically updates following any changes to iSAMS (new pupils, leavers, set changes).
Data included in Mark Books
- Characteristic data about pupils - such as school ID, date of birth, email address, names, form, house, nationality, enrolment date and entry exam mean, short stay status.
- Pupil Register information such as SEN (Special Educational Needs), EAL (English as an Additional Language) , and G&T (Gifted & Talented).
- Academic information, including subject set codes, baseline SAS scores (Yellis, MidYis, Alis), and baseline subject predictions (shades of blue RAG style).
NB - These will be updated with the 2024 data following the autumn assessments
- External exam data (GCSE grades) for Lower VI pupils.
- Reporting data such as termly grades (RAG), exam grades (RAG), and exam percentages.
If data has a numerical value, the average has been included at the bottom of each column. Other options available include median, standard deviation and mark variance.
