Exeat - Pizza, brownies and film night
This weekend in Sanderson, the girls who were in school for Exeat had their pizza treat on Saturday evening which they liked very much. Afterwards, the house community watched ‘Now you see me’, a film about a group of illusionists who put on shows in which they rob the bank accounts of corrupt people and give the money to audience members. Natasha, Y11, said that “the pizza was amazing. Me and my friends really enjoyed spending time together” and Kodama, Y9, added that she “enjoyed the movie a lot”. Rose, Y10, agreed that “the movie was very exciting, the snacks were yummy, and we had a lot of fun”.
Some Year 9s participated in ‘Stir Up Sunday’ as well as baked some brownies. Once the brownies were done, they shared them with the other girls in house. Cherry, Y9, said that “baking was fun. I was really proud to have made something nice and to share it with others”. As always, the girls continued to enjoy going to the local shops as well as making use of the art and music block in the afternoons.
