Adding a general comment (curriculum statement)

Some reports require a general comment in addition to individual pupil's grades and comments.  This is one comment, usually about the curriculum, that is then applied to every pupil's report.

• Within the cycle, select the subject and set and then "edit the General Comment".

• Enter your comment and then Save & Close.

• Enter grades and individual comments to each of your pupils, and save and complete.
• If the cycle requires a general comment only, you still need to save each pupil's report as "complete".
