ID Badges & Security

Every member of staff will be issued with a secure ID badge upon starting employment. This Badge is to be worn and kept on your person at all times whilst on School grounds.

All external doors in the School are fitted with keypads and badge scanners. Your badge once scanned will grant you access to most areas of the School. Academic staff will not normally be given access to the Boarding Houses unless specifically required.

Your ID badge is also your ticket to printing so without it you will not be able to release any print jobs.

If you lose your badge you must report the loss to IT Services in the first instance so its access can be revoked and a new one can be issued.
