Welcome to the online iSAMS Manual. This guide will contain as much information as possible to allow Staff to get the most out of the system and provide detailed instructions on more complex procedures.
Support
Your first line of support with iSAMS should always be IT Services. We can often resolve or advise on most issues.
If your query is more general or outside of our current knowledge then feel free to contact the iSAMS Community forums and support documentation*. The Forums are extremely active and are full of other Academic Staff and School Leaders from other institutes using iSAMS.
*Please note that this is not custom to Badminton so may contain some differences.
Custom training is always available for anyone who would like it. We can offer group workshops, 1-1s. Please email IT Services if you wish to book a training session.
