Usernames & Passwords

Computer Logins

• Username: <First Initial><Surname> (i.e. "JBloggs")
• Password: Badminton1!

Your user account will not be activated until your first day of employment. When you first login on a computer your will be prompted to change your password.

Password Security

Your password must contain at least 1 character from 3 of the following:

• Upper Case Letters (A – Z)
• Lowercase Letters (a-z)
• Numbers (0-9)
• Symbols and non-alphanumeric (!, £, $, %, ^, &, *, (, ), ? etc…)

You password must also not contain any 3 letters from your name.

Your school password should be unique, under no circumstances should your school password be used elsewhere, especially for personal services such as facebook, twitter etc…
