Attaching files from OneDrive/Teams
When using the web based version of Outlook it is quick and easy to attach any file that you have already stored on OneDrive or Teams without having to download it.
Step 1 - Click on the attach drop down at the top of your email you are composing
Step 2 - If you have worked on the file recently it will show in the list of suggested attachments. If not click on Browse Cloud Locations
Step 3 - Use the links on the left to browse the various locations. OneDrive contains your personal files and files that have been shared directly with you.
Groups allows you to browse files stored in any Teams that you are a member of.
Recent Attachments allows you to attach any files you have recently been emailed
