Change the From Address
Sometimes you need to send an email on behalf of another staff member or from a shared mailbox. You will first you will need to inform IT Services via the helpdesk so that we can grant you the correct permissions.
1. Click 'Start a New Email'
2. In the New Email, hit 'Options'
3. Within 'Options', move to the left of the bar and click on the ellipses icon
4. Under 'Show Fields', select 'From'.
Follow this process in order to enable sending emails from a different mailbox.
