Adding Students to a Class Team

Class teams currently support up to 200 students. To add a student, follow these instructions:

Step 1 - Navigate to the class team you'd like to add a student to, then select More options More options button next to your class team.

Step 2 - Select Add member.

Step 3 - Select the Students tab.

Step 4a - Type in the name of the student(s) and select Add.

Step 4b - Alternatively you can type in the name of a class or group to add the whole group at a time.  Some examples might be:

  • A form group. e.g. JB@badmintonschool.co.uk or 7BC@badmintonschool.co.uk
  • A class, convert the set code by changing the slash to a - and then add @badmintonchool.co.uk on the end.  e.g. 10-LIT-1@badmintonschool.co.uk or 3A-ICT@badmintonschool.co.uk
  • A House, e.g. BakerPupils@badmintonschool.co.uk 
  • A Year group. e.g. year5@badmintonschool.co.uk

Step 5 - If you'd like a student to have owner permissions select the arrow next to Member and select Owner.

Step 6 - Select Close
