Creating a Form

Step 1 - Click on the New Form button under My Forms

Step 2 - Give the form an appropriate title by renaming "Untitled form"

Step 3 - Click on Add new to add questions to your form:

  • Choice - Allows you to force the user to make a choice, or to choose multiple options from a defined list
  • Text - Ask the user to type in some text
  • Rating - Rate options on a scale that you can choose
  • Date - Pick a date

Dont forget to make questions required if you need the user to fill it out.

Change the look of a Form

Feel free to experiment with the Theme button in the top right. This will allow you to customise the look of the form to suit your audience and make it more interesting.

Sharing a Form

Once you have created a form click on the Share button in the top right. Click on the copy button to copy a link to the form to your clipboard. You can now paste this link into an email to send to who you need to fill out the form.

Collaborate on a Form

If you like you can send people a collaboration link which will give them access to edit the form and view responses. Under share click on Get a link to view and edit

Advanced Settings

Sometimes the default settings for a form are not appropriate. For example you might want to collect responses anonymously or set expiry dates on the form.

Click on the ellipsis (...) in the top right of the form (next to the share button) and then choose settings.
