Collaborate during an Event
Every live event created on Teams automatically sets up a Chat space, Files area, Meeting Notes and Whiteboard. All of these can be used before, during and after the meeting to keep discussion about the event and files needed in one place.
Step 1 - Find the meeting in your Calendar in Teams and click on it.
Step 2 - Click on the Chat button
Step 3 - Use the chat function to discuss with your presenters and producers
Step 4 - Use the files, Meeting Notes and Whiteboard tabs at the top to add resources for the meeting.
Any conversations, files and notes are only visible to presenters and producers. Attendee's who watch the event will not have access to these resources or messages.
